Love Promise Stories from Subaru of Georgetown

Subaru and Subaru of Georgetown believe in making a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work. We uphold that belief through our Love Promise Community Commitment. Every month, we select inspiring stories from customers and partners from around our area who strive to support our collective commitment and feature them here.

Partners in Protection

Behind the scenes of our community, a dedicated network of everyday heroes works tirelessly to protect our most vulnerable children. These are the individuals who step directly into difficult situations, offering immediate safety, comfort, and justice to children experiencing trauma. Subaru of Georgetown was deeply honored to support these front-line professionals with a $10,000 sponsorship for the annual Partners in Protection conference. This inaugural event was hosted collaboratively by five Children's Advocacy Centers across Central Texas. It brought together an incredible assembly of law enforcement officers, investigators, first responders, prosecutors, medical professionals, and trauma-informed care specialists. The conference provided a crucial space for advanced training and cross-sector collaboration. By sharing insights and working across different fields, these teams can coordinate faster and protect children even more effectively. Subaru of Georgetown's sponsorship went directly toward making this conference possible at the Sheraton Georgetown. The funds helped cover essential conference necessities, including the ballroom rental, audio-visual services for the training sessions, and meals for the attendees. By taking care of these operational costs, we wanted to ensure these dedicated professionals could focus entirely on sharpening their skills and building stronger networks of protection. For our team, supporting this conference is a profound privilege. We know that by taking care of the heroes who protect our children, we are helping build a safer, more resilient future for families all across Central Texas.

Rescue, Love, Repeat: Building a Future for Central Texas Tails of Hope

At Subaru of Georgetown, we've always felt that some of the most important voices in our community are the ones that can't speak for themselves. Our journey with the Central Texas SPCA began in October 2024 at Barktoberfest, and as they prepare for their transition into a state-of-the-art facility under their new name, Central Texas Tails of Hope, we wanted to make sure their story was heard louder than ever. When we learned the shelter was preparing for its 38th Annual Anniversary Dinner while navigating the complexities of construction, we knew they needed more than just a sponsorship. Our Senior Video Producer, Aline, spent the afternoon at the shelter, interviewing staff and capturing the daily heart of their operations. By providing professional video production, we were able to save the shelter the significant cost of hiring an outside production company, allowing those funds to remain focused on animal care. More importantly, the video gave the audience a behind-the-scenes look at the "why" behind the new building, featuring stories like Curtis, a long-stay dog who was often overlooked but finally found his forever home. The night of the dinner was a true celebration of the "Rescue, Love, Repeat" mission. Sixteen members of our team filled the room, not just as spectators, but as active participants in the "Raise a Paddle" and silent auction to help boost the night's fundraising. We were proud to serve as the Impact Sponsor with a $7,500 commitment, but the real reward was seeing the community's reaction to the stories we helped tell. Hearing that all nine of the puppies recently saved from immediate risk have now been adopted into loving homes reminds us why this partnership matters so much. As the shelter grows into its new home, we are committed to standing beside them, ensuring that every overlooked pet in Georgetown has a dedicated team and community cheering them on.

Subaru Loves to Care: Helping the Greater Austin Community Fight T1D

Subaru of Georgetown has worked alongside the Breakthrough T1D Greater Austin Chapter since 2024 to support families and individuals living with type 1 diabetes. This partnership continued at the annual OneParty gala, where a $7,500 valet sponsorship helped create a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone in attendance. To add a personal touch to the evening, Subaru of Georgetown provided water bottles and branded koozies for the valet team to hand out to guests as they arrived and departed. This contribution played a role in a massive community effort that saw the gala raise over $1.87 million. These funds go directly toward life-changing research, improving daily life for those with T1D, and moving closer to a world without the disease.

A Grand Slam for Four-Legged Fans

Subaru of Georgetown serves as the presenting sponsor for the Round Rock Express Minor League Baseball Team's "Bark in the Park" dog-friendly game days. This initiative allows community members to bring their canine companions to Dell Diamond to enjoy a game together, creating a unique and inclusive atmosphere for pet lovers across Central Texas. A $10,000 sponsorship provides the necessary support to host these specialized events, ensuring that canine fans and their owners have access to dedicated seating and pet-friendly amenities throughout the season. The impact of this contribution is felt by hundreds of local families who look forward to these specific dates as a highlight of the summer. Beyond financial support, Subaru of Georgetown staff members actively participate in the game-day experience, engaging with attendees and their pets to celebrate the bond between animals and their owners. This partnership showcases the Subaru of Georgetown's deep-rooted commitment to the local community and the welfare of its furry residents.

Setting the Pace for Student Success in Round Rock

Subaru of Georgetown was honored to be a part of local history this March by supporting the inaugural Heart of Round Rock Run on March 6th. As the first year for this community event, our team recognized the importance of establishing a strong foundation for the C.D. Fulkes PTA and the Title 1 schools they serve. We provided a $1,000 contribution to help ensure the success of the race, with all proceeds directly benefiting 13 area RRISD campuses. These funds are vital in providing essential student and teacher resources, including classroom supplies, staff mini-grants, enrichment programs, and a dedicated student snack room that ensures no child goes hungry during the school day. To add to the high-energy atmosphere of race day, Subaru of Georgetown staff went above and beyond by setting up an interactive tent stocked with quality, race-ready gear. We personally handed out reusable water bottles, cooling towels, and running belts to hundreds of runners and spectators, ensuring they were equipped for success on the trail. This activation allowed our team to connect directly with our neighbors while championing educational equity and wellness in Round Rock.

Fueling Growth for the Hill Country Hyzers

Subaru of Georgetown brought a fresh energy to the local community this March by partnering with the Hill Country Hyzers Disc Golf Club for their evening Putting League at Red Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co. Having worked on events with the Hyzers since August 2025, our team wanted to create a "wow" moment for local athletes by removing the financial barrier to entry. This turned a standard league night into a high-energy celebration on March 10th and 24th. We are proud to support the Hill Country Hyzers in their mission to grow the sport, providing a $1,000 contribution that directly impacted 80 local participants. By covering the entry fees for the first 40 registrants each evening, we saw an immediate expansion in the club's reach and overwhelming excitement from players who were thrilled to play at no cost. Additionally, we provided 40 custom-branded discs to early registrants over the two nights, giving them a tangible piece of the event to take home. This activation went beyond financial support; our staff was actively involved on March 24th, bringing out some swag and the fan-favorite Subaru Coloring Car to provide an interactive family fun station that engaged both league participants and brewery patrons.

A Night of Celebration, A Future of Possibility

For the second year in a row, Subaru of Georgetown showed up for the youth of Taylor, TX in a big way. As a proud Gold Sponsor of the Boys & Girls Club of East Williamson County's 4th Annual Mardi Gras Dinner Dance, Subaru of Georgetown contributed $2,000 to help make the night and the futures it supports possible. The Boys & Girls Club of East Williamson County is dedicated to enabling all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The Mardi Gras Dinner Dance is one of their signature fundraising events, bringing the community together for a night full of laughter, delicious food and drinks, exciting games, and take-home items, all in support of the Taylor youth the club serves every day. Subaru of Georgetown didn't just sponsor the event from a distance. Subaru team members attended the dinner dance themselves, spending the evening alongside fellow community supporters and celebrating the incredible work the Boys & Girls Club does for local kids and families. Returning as a Gold Sponsor for the second consecutive year, Subaru of Georgetown has made it clear that their investment in East Williamson County's young people is not a one-time gesture. It is an ongoing commitment to ensuring that every child in the community has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and build a great future.

Running with Heart at the 31st Annual Cupid's Chase 5K

Some traditions are worth showing up for, and Subaru of Georgetown has made the Cupid's Chase one of their own. For the second year in a row, Subaru of Georgetown proudly sponsored Georgetown's beloved Valentine's Day tradition, the Cupid's Chase 5K and Kids 1K Fun Run, with a $1,000 contribution. Now in its 31st year, Cupid's Chase is one of Georgetown's most cherished community events, drawing runners of all ages and abilities to San Gabriel Park each February. The event raises funds that go directly toward maintaining and improving the beautiful parks that make Georgetown such a special place to live. Members of the Subaru of Georgetown team laced up their shoes and took to the course themselves, running alongside hundreds of their fellow Georgetown neighbors. That kind of hands-on participation is what sets Subaru of Georgetown apart as a community partner, going beyond a logo on a banner to truly being a part of the moments that matter. With two years of support behind them and a team that shows up both on and off the course, Subaru of Georgetown has made it clear that their Love Promise to Georgetown is more than a commitment. It's a tradition they're proud to be part of.

Subaru of Georgetown Steps Up to the Plate for East View High School Patriot Softball

Subaru of Georgetown has always believed that supporting the community goes beyond the showroom floor. For the second year in a row, they have proudly stepped up to sponsor the East View High School Patriot Softball team with a $750 contribution to help fuel their season. The Patriot Softball program is more than just a team. It is a group of dedicated young women who pour their hearts into the game, and the support of community partners like Subaru of Georgetown helps make that possible. This year's sponsorship will go toward covering the costs of training equipment, travel, and a variety of other needs that arise throughout the season, giving the players the resources they need to compete and grow. Now in their second year of partnership, Subaru of Georgetown has demonstrated that their commitment to East View Softball reflects their ongoing dedication to investing in the young people of Georgetown and the programs that help shape them into the leaders of tomorrow.

Subaru of Georgetown back the Silverback Gorillas

Subaru of Georgetown proudly sponsored the Silverback Gorillas baseball team with a $1,000 contribution to support their 2026 season. Silverback Performance is a Georgetown-based athletic training organization built on the belief that every athlete is family. Their science-based training programs are designed to reduce the risk of injury and give young athletes a competitive edge both on and off the field. Every athlete who walks through their doors is treated as an individual, with training that is as personal as it is purposeful. Subaru of Georgetown's $1,000 sponsorship will go directly toward supporting Silverback Performance's 2026 season, helping ensure that young athletes in the Georgetown community have access to the high-quality, safety-focused training they deserve.

Game On, Georgetown

Subaru of Georgetown is proud to sponsor the Youth and Adult Athletics Programs through Georgetown Parks & Recreation, supporting opportunities for community members of all ages to stay active, build friendships, and play the sports they love. For youth athletes, these programs offer more than just a season of games. From basketball and soccer to volleyball and track and field, kids learn teamwork, confidence, and resilience while creating memories that last long after the final whistle. At the same time, adult leagues keep that same spirit alive. Whether it's cornhole, kickball, softball, or volleyball, adults get a chance to reconnect with friends, relieve stress after a long workday, and enjoy a little friendly competition under the Georgetown lights. By supporting both youth and adult athletics, Subaru of Georgetown is helping create spaces where the entire community can move, connect, and thrive together. From first games to longtime rivalries, we're honored to play a role in programs that strengthen Georgetown at every stage of life.

A Subaru-Powered Pinewood Derby

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to host Cub Scouts Pack 222's Pinewood Derby right inside our dealership, giving the pack a space large enough to accommodate their full 50 foot track. Our Service Customer Waiting Area became the home base for the evening, transformed by Subaru of Georgetown employees who worked together to clear space and help bring the event to life. As the races began, kids darted up and down the track, eyes locked on their custom-built cars as they flew downhill. Parents stood close by, phones out and fingers crossed, watching anxiously as cars they had helped design alongside their scouts sped toward the finish line. Every run brought cheers, gasps, and proud smiles, whether the car placed first or not. Hosting the Pinewood Derby wasn't just about providing a venue. It was about creating a place where families could gather, scouts could celebrate their hard work, and kids could feel the thrill of seeing something they built with their own hands take off. Subaru of Georgetown was honored to open our doors and be part of a day full of excitement, teamwork, and unforgettable memories for Pack 222.

Stroll, Sweets, & Parade Fun

As the holiday season settled into Georgetown, the Georgetown Christmas Stroll once again turned downtown into a place to gather, wander, and celebrate. Streets filled with lights, music, and the hum of conversation as families, friends, and visitors came together for a shared holiday tradition hosted by the Downtown Georgetown Association. Subaru of Georgetown supported the event as the Candy Cane Sponsor with a $7,500 contribution, helping bring the Christmas Stroll to life in the heart of downtown. That support helped create a festive, welcoming atmosphere where the community could slow down, enjoy the season, and spend time together. The event featured a holiday parade winding through downtown, a Subaru car show, a vendor market, and additional holiday themed activities that invited people to explore local shops and connect with neighbors. From kids waiting along the parade route to families browsing vendor booths, the day felt less like an event and more like a shared celebration. The Georgetown Christmas Stroll has become a tradition because it brings people together in a way that feels genuine and familiar. Support from sponsors plays an important role in maintaining the scale and accessibility of this beloved community tradition. Events like the Georgetown Christmas Stroll strengthen downtown partnerships, support local businesses, and create shared moments that bring people together year after year.

Silver Shells Shootout Benefiting Heroes Resource Center

On January 23, the Silver Shells Shootout brought the community together in support of the Heroes Resource Center, just one day before a winter storm moved into the area. The sky was gray and the fog, mist, and cold temperatures never really let up, but the mood on the course told a different story. Participants leaned into the day with smiles, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose that weather couldn't touch. Subaru of Georgetown served as a title sponsor of the event with a $10,000 contribution, helping set the stage for a day focused on connection and giving back. A team of five Subaru of Georgetown employees also took part in the Shootout, stepping onto the course alongside other participants and sharing in the experience rather than watching from the sidelines. The event raised more than $124,000, providing resources for veterans, service members, and their families through the Heroes Resource Center. These funds support a safe, family-friendly environment where individuals who have served can find connection, assistance, and a sense of belonging. What unfolded that day was more than a competition. It was a reminder that community shows up, even when conditions aren't ideal, especially when the cause is personal. Through the approaching winter weather, the Silver Shells Shootout became a powerful expression of gratitude and support for those who have given so much to others.

Where Community Takes the Stage

For more than 50 years, the Georgetown Palace Theatre has brought live performances, education, and creative experiences to the Georgetown community. Founded in 1965, the Georgetown Palace Theatre remains a cultural cornerstone of downtown Georgetown, offering everything from Broadway-style productions to youth education programs. Sponsor support helps keep performances accessible while preserving the historic venue that so many in the community cherish. Subaru of Georgetown is a proud Diamond Sponsor of the Georgetown Palace Theatre's 2026 season, contributing $5,000 to support the theater's ongoing programming. This sponsorship helps advance the theater's mission to provide high-quality live theatre and arts education for audiences of all ages. Through partnerships like this, the arts continue to play an active and meaningful role in the life of the Georgetown community.

AAU Jones Hoop Connection

Youth sports play a powerful role in shaping confidence, discipline, and teamwork, both on and off the court. Subaru of Georgetown recently supported those values by sponsoring the Jones Hoop Connection AAU basketball team in Round Rock, TX, with an investment of $2,100. Jones Hoop Connection is dedicated to developing young athletes through competitive basketball while emphasizing character, accountability, and personal growth. The organization focuses not only on athletic performance but also on teaching life skills that help players succeed in school, relationships, and future careers. This sponsorship helps offset the costs associated with tournament play, training, and team resources, allowing athletes to focus on development and competition without additional financial strain on their families. By investing in local youth athletics, Subaru of Georgetown continues to support programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, perseverance, and goal setting at an early age. Partnerships like this reflect a commitment to helping young people build confidence and chase their dreams, both on the court and beyond. Subaru of Georgetown looks forward to following the Jones Hoop Connection AAU team throughout the season and celebrating their growth, achievements, and dedication along the way.

Celebrating 26 Years of Compassion and Care

Some nights are about celebration, others are about purpose. Emancipet's 26th Anniversary Gala was a little bit of both! The evening brought together supporters from across Central Texas to rally behind a mission that has changed the lives of countless pets and families, and Subaru of Georgetown was honored to be part of it as a sponsor. As Emancipet's largest annual fundraiser, the gala played a critical role in supporting their work to make veterinary care affordable and accessible to everyone. For more than two decades, Emancipet has removed barriers to care by providing essential, life-changing and often life-saving veterinary services to pets throughout Central Texas and beyond. Their work ensures families never have to choose between financial hardship and the health of the pets they love. Supporting this event meant supporting compassion in action. Throughout the evening, stories and shared moments highlighted just how powerful accessible veterinary care can be — strengthening the bond between people and their pets while creating healthier communities. Every dollar raised helped extend Emancipet's reach and continue the care they provide to those who need it most. For Subaru of Georgetown, being involved in the Emancipet Gala was about standing alongside an organization that leads with heart and purpose. It was a reminder that when a community comes together with a shared goal, the impact can be truly life-changing for pets, families, and the future they share together.

In partnership with Austin Subaru, our team at Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to sponsor the 3rd Annual Texas Wienerfest, a fun and furry celebration hosted by ZilkerBark, LLC. This unique dachshund meetup brought together dog lovers from across Central Texas for a day full of wagging tails, laughter, competitions, and community spirit, all while supporting a meaningful cause. ZilkerBark is more than just an organizer of dog-friendly events. Their mission is to connect the community through the love of pets while supporting local rescue organizations, and this year's Texas Wienerfest aimed to raise funds for the Central Texas Dachshund Rescue. Every dollar raised goes toward helping dachshunds in need by providing medical care, safe foster homes, and forever families for these beloved pups. The event was designed to be memorable in every way. With vendors, games, activities, and the exciting goal of breaking the world record for the largest dachshund meetup, it was a day full of joy, smiles, and plenty of puppy love. There were over 1,700 weenie dogs in attendance, and as a result of the event, over $20k was raised for Central Texas Dachshund Rescue! For Subaru of Georgetown, sponsoring the event was a natural fit. We are passionate about helping to support local rescues, bring the community together, and celebrate the special bond between people and their pets. Being part of Texas Wienerfest reminded us that giving back can be fun, heartwarming, and a little wiggly. From the tiniest dachshund to their proud owners, every participant helped make the day unforgettable and supported a cause that makes a real difference for pets and families across Central Texas. Subaru of Georgetown was proud to help make tails wag and hearts happy, proving that even small acts of support can create big smiles.

Lighting the Night with Subaru of Georgetown

Subaru of Georgetown was honored to be a Mission Chariot/Honored Hero sponsor for the 2025 Austin Light the Night event, supporting Blood Cancer United in their life-changing mission to bring hope, healing, and support to those affected by blood cancers. More than just being a fundraising event, Light the Night is a celebration of courage, resilience, and community. The inspiring Opening Ceremony brought everyone together to celebrate, honor, and remember all those touched by blood cancers. Families, survivors, caregivers, and volunteers gathered in a shared moment of connection and reflection, showing that no one faces this journey alone. A particularly moving part of the event was the Remembrance Pavilion, a dedicated space where participants could honor loved ones lost to blood cancers. Messages and photos filled the pavilion, creating a tangible reminder of the lives impacted and the community rallying together in support. During the Opening Ceremony, patients and survivors were welcomed into the Circle of Survivors, celebrated, and surrounded by a community of care — a powerful reminder that each story matters and each person is part of something larger than themselves. By sponsoring this event, Subaru of Georgetown was proud to stand alongside the community and these incredible individuals. Every lantern lit, every step taken, and every moment of reflection contributed to funding lifesaving research, providing free support services, and advocating for patients and families in need. For Subaru of Georgetown, being part of Light the Night was about more than sponsorship — it was about showing up where it truly counts, helping families and survivors feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Knowing that our support helped shine a light of hope and unity for those impacted by blood cancers made the evening unforgettable.

Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to sponsor the 30th anniversary of the Friends of the Round Rock Public Library Mystery Night! This isn’t your typical fundraiser. This is a night full of laughter, collaboration, and a little bit of sleuthing. Guests from the community come together to solve a unique, community-created murder mystery, working as a team to uncover clues, piece together the story, and catch the culprit. The event is a celebration of community spirit and creativity, all while supporting a meaningful cause. The funds raised go directly to the Round Rock Public Library Bookmobile, which brings books, resources, and learning opportunities to children and families across the area. By helping keep the Bookmobile rolling, the library ensures that everyone in the community has access to knowledge and imagination, no matter where they live. At Subaru of Georgetown, we believe in the power of community, collaboration, and giving back. Supporting events like Mystery Night allows us to connect with our neighbors, celebrate local traditions, and make a real difference in people’s lives. We are proud to have been part of this milestone celebration and look forward to continuing to support the Round Rock Public Library in the years to come. It’s nights like these - filled with mystery, fun, and a shared purpose - that remind us why giving back is so rewarding. Subaru of Georgetown is grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community and to help support the programs that make it even stronger!

Subaru of Georgetown Supports Cedar Park Library

Libraries have a special way of bringing a community together, and in August 2025, Subaru of Georgetown sponsored the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation in their mission to make learning and creativity accessible to everyone. The Foundation works to expand book collections, provide supplies for programs like the maker spaces, update computer lab equipment, and bring in artists, performers, speakers, and instructors to create an inspiring and welcoming environment. For our team, being part of this initiative was incredibly rewarding. Libraries serve as places where curiosity grows, ideas are shared, and people of all ages can explore and learn. Knowing that our support helped provide resources and experiences for so many visitors made a real impact on us! It was a meaningful reminder that giving back isn’t about recognition, but rather, it’s about helping build a community where learning, creativity, and connection can thrive. Subaru of Georgetown was honored to contribute to the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation and the countless ways they enrich the lives of those who walk through their doors.

Back to School Bash!

This past year, Subaru of Georgetown was proud to support the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center’s Back to School Bash! As part of our Share the Love hometown charity efforts, we helped ensure that children in our community had everything they needed to start the school year off right. At the event, children who are part of WCCAC received brand-new backpacks filled with school supplies and essentials that not only help them succeed in the classroom, but also bring a sense of confidence and excitement about learning. Our team at Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to be there, helping to fill each backpack and hand them out to the kids as a simple act that turned into such a meaningful and joyful experience for everyone involved. We know that these resources also provide much-needed support to the children’s caregivers, helping to lighten the load and give families a little extra peace of mind as school begins. For us, being part of this event was about more than just handing out supplies. It was a chance to connect with families, celebrate the resilience of these kids, and be reminded of the power of community. Seeing their faces light up and knowing that we had helped give them a strong start to the school year was truly special! Subaru of Georgetown has been honored to support WCCAC many times in the past, and we look forward to continuing to stand with them at future initiatives. Supporting programs like the Back to School Bash is exactly what the Subaru Love Promise is all about - showing up for our neighbors, investing in the future of our community, and helping children feel supported, valued, and ready to thrive.

Lifelong Learning, Lifelong Impact

When it comes to continuing your education, there is no such thing as being "too old" to learn new things. That's why Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the Lifelong Learners GTX (LLGTX) awareness campaign, an initiative dedicated to connecting adults in Georgetown with engaging and accessible educational opportunities. LLGTX is a nonprofit organization committed to fostering curiosity, growth, and connection for adults, particularly those 50 and older, by offering programs that inspire lifelong learning and personal enrichment. Through fall and winter course terms, free lecture series, and immersive travel programs, LLGTX provides a diverse range of subjects from history and science to art and culture. These programs give participants not just knowledge, but also the chance to build meaningful relationships, explore new passions, and engage with their community in a purposeful way. For many adults, LLGTX creates a space to discover new skills, pursue long-held interests, and find joy in learning at every stage of life. The awareness campaign aimed to spread the word in Georgetown, inviting more adults to join this vibrant community of learners. Subaru of Georgetown was honored to support this effort, helping ensure that opportunities for education, connection, and growth reach those who might benefit from them most. By partnering with LLGTX, Subaru of Georgetown continues to uphold the Subaru Love Promise, fostering community connections and supporting programs that enrich lives and inspire lifelong curiosity. Learning has no age limit, and every course, lecture, and experience through LLGTX is a chance to grow, connect, and thrive. Subaru of Georgetown is proud to help adults in Georgetown embrace those opportunities, showing that the journey of discovery lasts a lifetime.

Subaru of Georgetown Supports the Austin Royals

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the Austin Royals, an athletics organization that provides school sports opportunities to more than 300 home-school families across the greater Austin area. The Austin Royals are dedicated to ensuring that students from elementary through high school can experience the excitement, growth, and teamwork that come with competitive athletics. This year, Subaru of Georgetown sponsored the high school varsity football team, helping to support student-athletes as they compete, learn, and grow both on and off the field. For many of these players, the Royals provide not only an outlet for athletic development, but also a chance to build lifelong friendships, strengthen character, and experience the joy of teamwork in a competitive environment. Supporting organizations like the Austin Royals reflects the heart of the Subaru Love Promise, which is Subaru's commitment to making a positive impact in the community. By investing in local students and their athletic journeys, Subaru of Georgetown is proud to help create opportunities that encourage discipline, confidence, and resilience in the next generation. From Friday night lights to building skills that will last long after graduation, the Austin Royals represent the power of community sports, and Subaru of Georgetown is honored to be part of their story. Thank you to the Austin Royals for giving us the opportunity to support the success of the next generation!

Benbrook Summer Smash Disc Golf Tournament

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the Benbrook Summer Smash 2025 Disc Golf Tournament, a premier event organized by the Hill Country Hyzers Disc Golf Club. As one of the leading disc golf clubs in the greater North Austin area, Hill Country Hyzers continues to grow the sport through PDGA-sanctioned events and putting leagues that bring players of all skill levels together. The Benbrook Summer Smash drew more than 500 players, volunteers, and spectators, which just shows this event was a true celebration of the vibrant and growing disc golf community in Austin! The tournament was more than just a disc golf competition; it was a chance for players to challenge themselves, connect with others who share a passion for the sport, and enjoy the outdoors together. To add to the fun, Subaru of Georgetown brought along our coloring book-wrapped Subaru Ascent, which quickly became a highlight of the event. Guests of all ages stopped by to admire the unique design, snap photos, and enjoy a playful, creative touch that reflected the community spirit of the day! Supporting events like this aligns with the Subaru Love Promise, our commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. Subaru of Georgetown was honored to help shine a spotlight on disc golf, a sport that promotes health, community, and fun. By partnering with Hill Country Hyzers, we not only encouraged the growth of disc golf in Central Texas but also built lasting connections with the people who make this community so special. Whether competing or cheering from the sidelines, the Benbrook Summer Smash highlighted the energy and excitement of disc golf in Austin. Subaru of Georgetown is grateful to have been part of it and looks forward to supporting more opportunities that bring the community together.

Tails of Summer: Emancipet and Subaru of Georgetown

From July 1st through August 12th, Subaru of Georgetown proudly sponsored Emancipet’s annual Tails of Summer campaign! Emancipet is a veterinary clinic that serves as a lifeline for pet owners in the community. Their mission is built on the belief that every pet deserves high-quality veterinary care, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Through affordable exams, low-cost vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, and microchipping, Emancipet helps ensure that pets stay healthy and with the families who love them. For many pet parents, this accessibility makes the difference between being able to keep their pets at home or facing heartbreaking choices. The Tails of Summer campaign raises funds to keep these essential services available to the community, and this year’s celebration was especially fun thanks to a lively pet photo contest! Participants submitted their favorite snapshots of their beloved pets and encouraged their friends, families, and neighbors to vote. We also had a Subaru Ascent all decked out in beach themed decor where pets could come in and do a cute beachy photo shoot! Every entry and every vote translated directly into support for Emancipet’s mission, meaning that showing off a favorite furry friend also helped provide medical care for another. Subaru of Georgetown was honored to be part of this effort, as supporting Emancipet aligns perfectly with Subaru’s Love Promise, especially the Subaru Loves Pets pillar, which is dedicated to improving the lives of animals everywhere. By sponsoring Tails of Summer, Subaru of Georgetown helped Emancipet continue their vital work, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to keeping pets healthy, safe, and at home with their families. This partnership means a lot to us because it is a celebration of pets, the people who love them, and the community that comes together to support them. This event was Subaru of Georgetown is proud to stand alongside Emancipet in their mission and looks forward to many more opportunities to make an impact for local pets and their families!

Creating Comfort for Women, Children, and Their Pets

Some of the strongest bonds come from the love and comfort our pets provide, especially when life gets tough. That’s why Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to partner with Yesterday's Gone on the creation of their new fenced-in dog park! Yesterday’s Gone is a remarkable non-profit organization dedicated to helping women who have faced domestic violence, the foster care system, or other destabilizing experiences. They provide housing, education, coaching, counseling, and a community of care that extends to their children and even their pets. For many of these women and families, their dogs are a vital source of emotional support and stability. But until now, there wasn’t a safe, secure place for the dogs to play and be themselves while their families rebuilt their lives. Thankfully, this new dog park changes that! By helping fund this space, families at Yesterday’s Gone will now have a welcoming environment where their dogs can roam freely, play, and feel safe. It’s about giving these families a bit of normalcy, a sense of home, and the joy that comes with knowing their pets are cared for, too. This partnership means more than a physical space - it's about supporting healing and hope. It’s a reminder that community is about lifting each other up in all the ways that matter, including the small moments of peace and happiness a dog can bring. Subaru of Georgetown is grateful to be a part of this important work and honored to help create a place where both families and their beloved pets can feel safe and supported as they move forward.

Supporting Student Success, On and Off the Field

All throughout 2025, Subaru of Georgetown gets to support something that really resonates with us - Pflugerville ISD’s Athletics Program! We are proud to support The Pfield, which is Pflugerville ISD’s impressive new athletic stadium, with $5,000. The Pfield is a 10,000-seat venue that brings the community together to cheer on football games, soccer matches, band competitions, and so much more. It’s a space that celebrates the dedication of student athletes, artists, and all the families, coaches, and staff who lift them up. For our team at Subaru of Georgetown, this sponsorship is not only about supporting athletics, but supporting a place where passion, discipline, and community pride all come together. We’re thrilled to play a small part in helping make those unforgettable Friday nights, halftime shows, and championship moments possible. Supporting the Pfield aligns perfectly with what the Subaru Love Promise is all about—showing up for our community in real, meaningful ways.

Books for Babies

One of the most meaningful things we’ve been part of recently at Subaru of Georgetown was supporting the Cedar Park Library Foundation’s Books for Babies program. It’s such a simple idea with a huge impact. Through this program, every baby born at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center receives a tote bag filled with tools to help families start their reading journey early—things like a brand-new book, their very first library card, a reading list by age, and info on library programs and resources. That equates to about 120 tote bags given to new parents each month. Books for Babies is designed to make reading a part of a child’s life from the very beginning, and we loved being able to support something that puts books directly into the hands of local families. It’s one of those things that reminds you how small moments, like reading together at bedtime, can really shape the future. Getting to be a part of this program meant a lot to our team at Subaru of Georgetown. It’s just one more way we’re hoping to show up for our community in ways that actually matter.

Subaru of Georgetown Teams Up to Support Local Community

Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Georgetown, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Subaru of Georgetown is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Subaru of Georgetown have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/17/2025, Subaru of Georgetown donated 120 coats to Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown, Texas. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

A Kind Deed at an Unexpected Time

As we picked up our Thule and cross bars at Georgetown Subaru for a road trip, we were met with love and kindness. I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), a disease that tries to rob your joy daily. I have lost my voice, strength, and balance to this disease. We had planned on installing the Thule and cross bars ourselves, like we have done with so many things in the past but then reality sunk in. My wife is 5’ nothing and I am no longer able to help like I used to. We would have struggled to install it to say the least, so my wife decided to see what the cost of installing it would be. She walked to the service department and was greeted by Lauren. That is when the blessings began. My wife shared our story and situation with Lauren. Lauren gathered and gave my wife information on the installation fees and let her know the service department would not be able to do the install until the end of the day (it was mid morning). Before my wife could respond, Lauren said that it didn’t feel right, told my wife she wanted to help and thought she could find others to assist as well. Within a few minutes, Lauren recruited Hunter and Johnny P. from the sales floor to assist in installing our Thule and cross bars. They asked my wife to pull the Forester around to the side of the building where they had our crossbars and Thule pulled out and ready to start the install. Lyndsey came out to take pictures of “the crew” hard at work going above and beyond their job duties to assist customers. Ethan, an outstanding salesman who helped us purchase our Forester, was walking from the back parking lot toward the front of the building. He recognized my wife, waved in greeting, and stopped to help with the install. Lauren and Lyndsey gave my wife tips on how to take off/put on the top lid of the Thule while they gentlemen were hard at work. Once the install was completed, Johnny gave my wife all of the keys, instructed her on how to remove and put on the top lid of the Thule as well as how to take the Thule off the cross bars when we returned from our trip. All in all, these Fantastic 5 individuals went above and beyond their regular job duties to help and serve us. My wife cries when she thinks about the generosity they displayed through their Kind Deed. Before I end, I would like to add that if you are looking for a car, you owe it to yourself to take a trip to the Georgetown Subaru dealership. They are kind, courteous, and treat you like family. We have never felt this kind and welcoming atmosphere at any other dealership we have have visited during our 31 years of marriage. Additionally, the Forester is the perfect car if you have a disability like me. Thank you, Jeff and Lynne Hersom

Round Rock Pride 2025

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the 2025 Round Rock Pride Festival, a joyful celebration of inclusivity, love, and the vibrant LGBTQIA+ community in Central Texas. Hosted by Round Rock Pride, this free, family-friendly event brought thousands together in downtown Round Rock for an unforgettable day of unity and fun. The festival had something for everyone — live music, local food vendors, community booths, and a whole lot of good energy. Our team set up a booth full of Subaru goodies, and we were nearly cleared out before we could blink. It was clear from the start: this event was a hit. Round Rock Pride is a volunteer-run nonprofit that’s been organizing the city’s official Pride celebration since 2022. Their mission goes beyond a single event in June — they work year-round to create a safe, welcoming, and celebratory space for everyone in the community. We’re honored to support that mission and to help amplify the voices and experiences that make Round Rock so special. Subaru of Georgetown is committed to showing up for all members of our community. We believe in creating space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported, and the Round Rock Pride Festival was the perfect reminder of just how beautiful that can be. We’re already counting down to next year’s celebration!

Glenn High School Robotics Team Sponsorship

Subaru of Georgetown was excited to sponsor the Glenn High School Robotics Team with $2,500! The Grizzlybots are a group of talented and driven robotics students who are diving headfirst into the world of STEM. From building and programming robots to managing marketing and logistics, this team is gaining real-world experience that reaches far beyond the competition field. What makes this program special is that it’s not just about the robots — it’s about preparing students for the future. They're learning how to solve problems, think critically, work as a team, and tackle challenges with creativity and persistence. These are the kinds of skills that stick with you, whether you go into engineering, business, or anything in between. Supporting local students and helping fuel their passion for innovation is something we’re proud of at Subaru of Georgetown. Through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, we’re committed to helping young students explore their potential — especially when it comes to science, technology, and the kinds of big ideas that shape the future. We’re proud to cheer on the Glenn High School Robotics Team and can’t wait to see where their hard work and curiosity take them next.

Teeing Up for a Brighter Future

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the 17th Annual Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown Golf Tournament as part of our ongoing partnership through the Subaru Loves to Help program. This event brought the community together to raise funds and awareness for an organization making a real difference in the lives of local youth. The Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown is dedicated to helping young people—especially those facing challenges—reach their full potential and become productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Their mission resonates deeply with us at Subaru of Georgetown, as we believe supporting the next generation is one of the most important investments a community can make. By sponsoring this tournament, we’re able to contribute to programs and opportunities that empower kids and teens in Georgetown to grow, learn, and thrive. We’re grateful to continue our work alongside the Boys & Girls Club and to help create a brighter future for all young people in our community.

Supporting Heroes, Protecting Pets

At Subaru of Georgetown, our commitment to the Subaru Loves Pets pillar runs deeper than adoption events and sponsorships — it’s about supporting real, life-saving efforts for the animals who depend on us most. That’s why we proudly partnered with the Central Texas SPCA to sponsor their recent campaign aimed at providing animal oxygen masks to local fire departments. In moments of crisis, when fire crews respond to house fires or emergencies, they’re often met with more than just human lives at stake. Family pets — scared, disoriented, and unable to escape on their own — are frequently caught in the chaos. Traditional oxygen equipment made for humans isn’t very effective for animals, which can drastically reduce their chances of survival. That’s where these specialized animal oxygen masks come in. Designed specifically for pets, these masks allow first responders to safely deliver oxygen to dogs, cats, and other small animals who have suffered smoke inhalation during a fire rescue. It’s a small piece of equipment that can mean the difference between heartbreak and a happy reunion. The Central Texas SPCA is a no-kill, nonprofit organization that has served the region for more than 35 years, providing care, shelter, and second chances to homeless and neglected pets. Their mission is rooted in compassion and community — and this initiative is a perfect example of both. By helping fund the purchase and distribution of these masks, Subaru of Georgetown is proud to stand alongside CTSPCA in their continued efforts to save animal lives in every way possible. We know pets are family. They can’t speak for themselves or call for help, but in times of need, it’s acts of service like this that can give them another chance. It means the world to us knowing that our support can help provide that chance! We’re beyond grateful to the Central Texas SPCA for leading this effort, and to our local fire departments for the heroic work they do every day. Together, we’re making sure more pets get to go home again — and that’s exactly what the Subaru Love Promise is all about.

Pup Mother's Day at MUTTS Cantina!

In honor of National Dog Mom Day 2025, Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the Pup Mother’s Day event benefitting the Central Texas SPCA. Hosted at MUTTS Canine Cantina, this fun-filled celebration brought together pet lovers, rescue supporters, and their four-legged best friends for an afternoon of music, art, and community. Guests enjoyed live music by Kelly Doze, tasty treats for both humans and pups, and a special dog paw print painting activity that made for the perfect keepsake. It was a joyful day that captured the spirit of the Subaru Love Promise, celebrating the bond between pets and their people while giving back to a great cause. The Central Texas SPCA is a no-kill, nonprofit animal rescue that’s been serving the community for over 35 years. Events like this help support their ongoing mission to provide shelter, care, and second chances to animals in need. Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to be part of such a meaningful (and tail-waggingly fun) event. Supporting organizations that advocate for animal welfare is just one of the many ways we live out our commitment to the Subaru Loves Pets pillar, and we look forward to more moments like this in the future.

Kenneth Vickers Memorial Golf Tournament

Earlier this year, Subaru of Georgetown had the honor of sponsoring the 2025 Kenneth Vickers Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by the Heroes Resource Center — a local nonprofit committed to serving Veterans, Service Members, and their families. The event brought together supporters from across the community for a day of connection, remembrance, and purpose. This annual tournament honors the life and legacy of Kenneth Vickers while raising funds for the Heroes Resource Center’s vital programs. From peer-to-peer support groups and family-focused activities to on-site counseling and help with VA claims and benefits, the organization works tirelessly to ensure Veterans and their families receive the support they’ve earned. Being part of this event was more than a sponsorship for Subaru of Georgetown — it was a way to give back to those who have given so much. We believe in the power of community and the importance of standing with those who have served, and we’re proud to play a small role in helping the Heroes Resource Center continue their incredible work. Supporting events like this is just one of the many ways Subaru of Georgetown puts the Subaru Love Promise into action. We’re grateful to have been involved and look forward to continuing our support for those who serve — and the organizations that lift them up.

May the 4th Be With You!

Subaru of Georgetown was proud to serve as the Presenting Sponsor for Georgetown Parks & Recreation’s “May the 4th Be With You” celebration on May 4th, of course. This was a Star Wars-themed event that brought the community together for an afternoon of fun, creativity, and connection. This free public event had something for everyone — from Jedi training and lightsaber battles to crafting stations and a visit from some of the Star Wars characters themselves! It was a great way for families and fans to spend time together and enjoy the parks we all love. With a $4,500 sponsorship, Subaru of Georgetown helped support not only the event itself but also the ongoing mission of Georgetown Parks & Recreation. The department oversees 46 parks throughout the city and works hard to offer programs that promote wellness, learning, and recreation for people of all ages. We’re always looking for ways to give back to the community we call home, and being part of an event that brings people together in such a fun, meaningful way is exactly what the Subaru Love Promise is all about.

Justice for Children Clay Shoot

At the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, we’re lucky to witness what real community support looks like, and Subaru of Georgetown continues to be a shining example of that. This year’s Justice 4 Children Clay Shoot was one of our most successful events yet, and Subaru of Georgetown played a huge role in making that happen through their generous $20,000 sponsorship. Thanks to their support—and the amazing participation from the community—we raised $90,000 to fund vital services for children and families impacted by abuse! This annual event brings together partners from across Williamson County, including law enforcement, businesses, and advocates, all united in one mission: to help children heal. Subaru of Georgetown didn’t just show up, but they helped lead the charge. We’re beyond grateful for their continued commitment to our work. Whether it's sponsoring events like the Clay Shoot or supporting our efforts during Child Abuse Awareness Month, Subaru of Georgetown shows up with both heart and action. Thank you, Subaru of Georgetown, for helping us provide hope, healing, and justice to the children who need it most. Your partnership means the world to us—and to the families we serve.

Making a Paw-sitive Impact at Pup Crawl ATX

What do you get when you combine dog-friendly bars, privately-owned parks, community spirit, and a whole lot of wagging tails? The 2nd Annual Pup Crawl ATX—an unforgettable month-long celebration benefiting a local rescue doing life-changing work right here in Central Texas. Subaru of Georgetown was proud to support this year's Pup Crawl with a $10,000 sponsorship benefitting Central Texas SPCA, our Subaru Loves Pets Pillar Partner. Hosted by some of the most fun, women-owned dog parks in the area, Pup Crawl ATX is a multi-park collaboration that brings awareness to the benefits of privately-owned parks and bars—while giving back to local rescue causes. 100% of all Pup Pass purchases from the event were given directly to the Central Texas SPCA to help fund their new facility. For over 35 years, this small but mighty nonprofit adoption center has been rescuing dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia from high-kill shelters and providing them with personalized, compassionate, force-free care. Every animal that passes through their doors receives one-on-one attention, ensuring they’re healthy, socialized, and ready to thrive in their forever homes. Participants in the Pup Crawl could visit multiple dog parks throughout the month, collecting stamps in their Pup Passes for a chance to win fun prizes. Each stop also featured a scavenger hunt for even more raffle entries, encouraging everyone to explore, connect, and celebrate the cause together. At Subaru of Georgetown, we believe in giving back to the organizations that make our community such a special place. Being part of an event like this—one that supports animal welfare and brings so much joy to our neighbors—is what the Subaru Love Promise is all about.

Thank You, Subaru of Georgetown, for Supporting Children in Need!

As we wrapped up Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month, our hearts were full, and not just because of the important work happening across our community. Subaru of Georgetown gave us a powerful reminder of what partnership and generosity look like with an incredible $20,400 contribution through the Subaru Share the Love Event! This gift not only helps our organization, but it helps the hundreds of children and families we serve every year who are navigating the unimaginable. At the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, we work every day to bring hope, healing, and justice to children impacted by abuse. Generous gifts like this one allow us to continue providing trauma-informed care, forensic interviews, family advocacy, and therapy services—all in one safe and supportive place. But Subaru of Georgetown didn’t stop there. They’re also joining us as the Title Sponsor of our upcoming Justice 4 Children Clay Shoot this May, showing that their commitment to protecting and uplifting children in our community goes far beyond April. We’re incredibly thankful for their support, their heart, and the real impact they’re making in the lives of children and families across Williamson County. Subaru of Georgetown, thank you for sharing the love in the most meaningful way possible!

Earth Day with Subaru of Georgetown

There’s something special about spending a sunny day outdoors with your neighbors, learning new ways to care for the planet we all call home. That’s exactly what made the 2nd Annual Cedar Park Earth Day Celebration such a standout event, and Subaru of Georgetown was lucky to be part of it. Hosted in support of the Parks & Trails Foundation of Cedar Park, this community celebration at Lakeline Park brought neighbors, families, and local organizations together for a day of giving back to the great outdoors. Everyone who showed up rolled up their sleeves to help clean up and beautify the park, showing just how much this community cares about keeping our green spaces thriving. Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the event with $4,000 to help support the Foundation’s mission of preserving and enhancing parks and trails throughout the city. We’ve always believed that green spaces are the heart of a community. They’re where we walk our dogs and watch our kids play, so supporting an organization that works to protect and improve those spaces was a no-brainer for us. Events like this remind us why community matters, and why showing up to support the people and places that make it great is something worth celebrating. Huge thanks to the Parks & Trails Foundation for letting us be a part of such a meaningful day. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Pedal for a Purpose: Subaru of Georgetown at the Red Poppy Bike Ride

Springtime in Williamson County means cycling, community, and giving back! Subaru of Georgetown was proud to sponsor the 22ndt Annual Red Poppy Bike Ride, an event that brought our community together for a great cause. With a $10,000 sponsorship, we were excited to help support a local tradition that celebrates both fitness and philanthropy. This year’s ride offered four different route lengths, allowing participants of all levels to enjoy the beautiful, scenic roads of Georgetown. Whether they were tackling the full 55-mile route or cruising through a more manageable 10-mile route, everyone was in high spirits, and the weather couldn’t have been better for a bike ride! The Red Poppy Bike Ride isn’t just about enjoying a fun day outdoors. This event is a major fundraiser for some incredible organizations that make a difference in our community. Funds raised from registration fees go directly toward the SERTOMA Scholarship Program for Georgetown ISD, the Williamson County Child Advocacy Center, and the City of Georgetown Bicycle Patrol Unit. That’s a lot of good being done with every turn of the pedal! We were thrilled to be a part of this special event and see how the Red Poppy Bike Ride continues to support such important causes. Subaru of Georgetown is always proud to back community initiatives like this one, and we can’t wait to ride alongside everyone again next year!

2025 Golden Retriever Meetup!

Have you ever seen hundreds of golden retrievers in one place? We have, and it was just as magical as it sounds! This year, Subaru of Georgetown had the joy of sponsoring the 2025 Golden Retriever Meetup, hosted by the wonderful crew at ZilkerBark. Held at Star Hill Ranch in Austin, this golden-filled day was all about sunshine, wagging tails, and supporting a cause we care deeply about. ZilkerBark has one of those stories that really shows the amazing things that can happen when you follow your passion. Back in 2015, Alex Hopes began casually taking photos of dogs at Zilker Park. Since then, what was once his solo passion has turned into a huge community project known as ZilkerBark, with over 40,000 dogs photographed and more than $300,000 raised for animal nonprofits. ZilkerBark has become a voice for Austin’s dog community, and we’re big fans. The Golden Retriever Meetup is the largest of its kind in Texas, and it really did feel like a giant golden retriever playdate! Goldens running around everywhere, fun activities for pups and their people, and a whole lot of love in the air. One of the biggest highlights of the day? Rally the Ambassadog made a grand appearance as Mayor of the largest golden retriever meetup in Texas! He showed up looking incredibly dapper in a little suit, naturally. We also brought along our Coloring Book Ascent and plenty of fun dog toys for the goldens to enjoy, because what’s a party without treats? Subaru of Georgetown was proud to support the event with a $6,500 sponsorship, knowing those dollars will go right back into helping animal-related nonprofits in our community. At the end of the day, it’s events like this that remind us why we do what we do. Bringing people (and pets) together for a good cause? We’re always in.

Golfing for a Greater Cause

Our team at Subaru of Georgetown believes that investing in education is investing in the future, which is why we were proud to sponsor the Williamson County Aggie Moms Club (WAMC) Golf Tournament this year with a $1,200 contribution! The tournament was held at the beautiful Berry Creek Golf Course right here in Georgetown, Texas, and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The sun was shining, the energy was high, and the community came together for a meaningful cause—supporting local students in their pursuit of higher education. The Williamson County Aggie Moms Club is a passionate organization founded for educational purposes, dedicated to offering scholarships to Texas A&M students graduating from local high schools. The funds raised through this tournament directly impact these students, helping to lighten the financial burden of college and encouraging them to chase their dreams with confidence. It means a lot to be part of an event that makes such a real and lasting difference. Supporting organizations like WAMC reflects what Subaru of Georgetown is all about—giving back to our community, empowering young people, and building a future we can all be proud of. We are honored to have been part of such a beautiful day, supporting an incredible cause, and we look forward to seeing all the great things these students will achieve!

Ready Set Rally 2025

In March 2025, Subaru of Georgetown teamed up with Austin Subaru once again to host one of our favorite events of the year: Ready, Set, Rally—a celebration in honor of our beloved Ambassadog, Rally’s birthday! This year marked our 3rd annual Ready, Set, Rally, and we pulled out all the stops to make it the biggest celebration yet. The party was held at MUTTS Cantina, a dog-friendly bar and restaurant complete with two off-leash parks and a splash pad. It was the perfect spot to bring the community together for a day of sunshine, laughter, tail wags, and giving back. We’re so thankful to the MUTTS team for being such wonderful hosts and for helping us bring this event to life. From the moment guests arrived, there was something fun for the whole family. We had a face painter, balloon artist, live band, and even a pet caricature artist. Our spin-the-wheel station was a hit again this year, with fun prizes for people and pups alike, and we raffled off some amazing items, including tickets to popular Austin events. As much fun as the celebration was, this event is about more than just Rally’s big day. Ready, Set, Rally is also a way for us to shine a light on the non-profits doing incredible work in our community. This year, Subaru of Georgetown was proud to welcome Central Texas SPCA, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Emancipet, and Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown to the event. These organizations were there at the event with their activation tables, educating the guests on their amazing work while making it fun and engaging. Subaru of Georgetown is passionate about giving back to the organizations that make our community so great, and we really appreciate our non-profit partners for coming out to make this day one to remember. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, donated, danced, and celebrated with us! Each year, Ready, Set, Rally grows a little more, and it fills our hearts to see our community showing up to support such meaningful causes. From all of us at Subaru of Georgetown—thank you for making Rally’s birthday party so special. We already can’t wait to do it again next year!

Celebrating 37 Years of Animal Rescue

For 37 years, Central Texas SPCA has been dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia and giving them the love, care, and second chances they deserve. Every animal we take in receives one-on-one, force-free care to help them heal, adjust, and get ready for a forever home. Our 37th Annual Dinner, held at the Ben Hur Shrine Center, was a beautiful celebration of that mission and we were so proud to share the evening with members of our community who care just as deeply about animals as we do. It was a night filled with joy, connection, and purpose, and we couldn't have made it happen without our generous sponsors like Subaru of Georgetown! We’re grateful to their team for supporting this special event, and we are grateful for their $4,000 sponsorship. It means the world that they have selected us to be their Subaru Loves Pets partner, and it's because of them that we were able to host an unforgettable evening and raise vital funds that will directly support the animals in our care. This partnership is more than just a sponsorship—it’s a shared belief in kindness, second chances, and doing right by the animals who depend on us. Thank you, Subaru of Georgetown, for being such an important part of our journey. We’re so thankful to have you in our corner!

Bark in the Park!

Some of life’s best moments are spent with family, and for many of us, our furry family members are just as important. For this reason, Subaru of Georgetown was thrilled to support Bark at the Park for the Round Rock Express baseball team, a fun-filled event where dog lovers and baseball fans came together for a night of fun. Held during the first Thursday game of the month, Bark at the Park invited fans to bring their dogs to the ballpark to enjoy a night of baseball, fun activities, and plenty of treats for humans and pets alike! It was a night where families could cheer on the Round Rock Express while spending time together in a unique and welcoming environment. Plus, Subaru of Georgetown's very own Rally the Ambassadog was there to meet and greet the crowd, bringing even more joy to the event! He loves attending as many of these events as he can. We’re looking forward to more fun nights ahead!

Subaru of Georgetown Supports Hewitt Broncos

At Subaru of Georgetown, we believe it is our duty to step up whenever we can to support the people and organizations that make Georgetown such a special place. When we learned that the Hewitt Broncos Youth Football Team was in urgent need of new helmets, we didn’t hesitate to offer our support. These helmets were crucial to ensure the safety of the team’s young athletes, so we contributed a $1,000 sponsorship to help replace up to 40 helmets. This isn’t just about sports equipment, but about giving kids the confidence to play the game they love, knowing they’re protected every step of the way. The Hewitt Broncos aren’t just teaching football; they’re building character. With a focus on Academics, Integrity, Character, Respect, Effort, and Teamwork, this team is instilling values that will stay with these kids long after the season ends. Their commitment to shaping young athletes both on and off the field is something we truly admire at Subaru of Georgetown. Being able to support their mission, even in a small way, means a lot to us. Our team understands that investing in the youth of today helps create a stronger, more vibrant community for tomorrow. Whether it’s through events, sponsorships, or just being there for our neighbors, we’re proud to play a role in helping our community grow. Guests came dressed in their royal best and enjoyed crafts, sweet treats, and delightful interactions with costumed characters straight out of the tale, including a few familiar faces from the Mad Hatter’s table. It was more than just an afternoon of play; it was a chance for families to create lasting memories together in a magical setting. Firefly Aerospace Partnership

Subaru of Georgetown is proud to be partnering with Firefly Aerospace, an organization paving the way for space exploration! This partnership with them feels so natural, as their vision of making space accessible to everyone, everywhere, resonates deeply with us. Subaru’s own inspiration is rooted in the stars, specifically the Pleiades constellation, and at Subaru of Georgetown, we’re constantly driven to reach higher levels and push boundaries. When we first learned about the remarkable work happening at Firefly Aerospace, we knew we had to find a way to support their hardworking team and make a true impact. Firefly's 200-acre Rocket Ranch, just outside Austin, is where the future of space transportation is being built, one groundbreaking step at a time. Our team got an inside look at what goes on at Firefly Aerospace, and one of the first things we noticed is that these people do everything from start to finish, all at once, in the same location. To make their daily lives a little easier, Subaru of Georgetown, along with our sister store Austin Subaru, proudly provided 10 specially equipped Subaru's, aka "rocket ranchers", designed to give Firefly employees a source of reliable transportation as they continue to do life-changing work. These rocket ranchers are more than just vehicles - they're supporting a mission. Each time a Firefly employee takes the wheel, Subaru of Georgetown is supporting them in their mission to advance space travel. While these 10 rocket ranchers will aid Firefly employees on the job, Subaru of Georgetown felt it was important to support them in their personal lives as well. As a result, we've developed an exclusive VIP program just for Firefly employees, offering special incentives on Subaru vehicles. Whether they're at the ranch working to advance humanity toward the stars or they're off duty, Subaru of Georgetown wants to make sure the team at Firefly Aerospace is well-supported and cared for. We are honored to stand by them both on and off the job. This is only the beginning, and Subaru of Georgetown is proud to stand by Firefly Aerospace!
