Got my car here 2 years back during covid. Buying experience was ok given its covid not great not bad either. Havent visited them again until recently. Service department is good, got all my issues resolved and provided timely updates. In one of the service they have loosened a screw or something which caused engine rattling sound but they fixed in the next visit. Overall satisfied with service, Juan Carmona the service rep is just awesome and great to work with. Definitely recommend.

This is a great dealership. It's so easy to use. They have a quick access line to join. Someone records your needs. Then you wait in the adjacent lobby that has TV, beverages, and food. Unexpectedly, my last visit was going to require a 2-hour stay. Subaru called an Uber to take. me home and then one to bring me back. Outstanding service and extremely friendly staff.
I just bought a car at Subaru Georgetown with the help of my amazing car salesman Alex and finance manager Dean. I had such an amazing experience! Not only did Alex respond to all of my questions via text message throughout the whole process, which made it very easy throughout the whole process, but he was very friendly as well. He knew his vehicles and Did NOT treat me "like a woman and ask if if liked the color." I had a great experience. My salesperson, Stephen Clark, knew his way around in order to get me the best deal and he wasn't pushy at all. I told him first thing there was an issue with my current title that would delay things. He still took me out on test drives and knew all the answers to my questions and just said to contact him when I was ready. They immediately offered me $4000 more for my trade than the Ford dealership I tried. Pretty easy process.
Really happy with the deal I got on my new Outback. I was able to upgrade to the higher tier version and still stay on budget because of the 2.9% APR financing. All in all, very happy.

Very courteous with very prompt service. I purchased an Outback Touring XT from Georgetown Subaru a few months ago. I was told during the purchasing process that it has a full size spare tire, which was very important to me. But it's mounted on a black steel wheel. I was also told that a 5 tire rotation is the best option and they dismount the spare from the black wheel and mount and balance it on one of the decorative wheels.
